The chapter has signed a new affiliation agreement with National AHMP requiring bylaws changes. Because of this, a rewrite of the NCC bylaws was conducted by the NCC Chapter Executive Board. The significant changes are:
- Officers must be members of the National AHMP
- Administrative clean-up to match National AHMP model bylaws
- Addition of a chief technical officer (aka webmaster) as an officer of the chapter
- Addition of NCC Chapter directors as elected positions instead of appointed
- Increasing all board member terms to 2 years and limiting the number of consecutive terms of the president/VP
- Moving the newly elected Chapter Board transition date to a June 1 start to be consistent with our chapter calendar
